Refund policy

14-Day Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused,
with tags still attached and in the original packaging. Your receipt or proof of purchase will also be required.

If your return is accepted, you will receive a return shipping
label and instructions on how and where to ship your package.
Items returned prior to your return request will not be accepted.

Damage and Problems

Please inspect your items upon receipt of your order and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can assess the issue and address it appropriately.

Exceptions/Non-returnable Items

Certain types of items, such as customized or custom-made items, cannot be returned.

Refunds

We will notify you once your return has been received and inspected. We will also let you know if your refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will receive a refund automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. It may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process your refund and disburse you.
